Q How long does it takes to ship after I place my order ?
A We try our best to accommodate our customers with a variety of options for production and delivery times. Production typically takes 3-5 days once the order is placed, depending on the quantity ordered. Shipping time normally takes 3-4 days to European area , 2-3 days to America , Southeast Asia & Australia after production is completed.

Q What’s the size of the wristbands? 2
A It can be different size. Just tell us what you want. Normally,1.5*35cm for adult;1.5*28cm for children.

Q Can we change colors of wristband for exhibition use? 2
A Yes, you can choose any color from the pantone color book. PMS# colors, We can try our best to get the close color or dye for you. If you don’t have it, please let me know, I can send you to the electronic version.

Q Can we change it to our own logo?
A Yes, we can help you to add your logos, even its photo or website or others.

Q What’s the sample time and lead time for mass productions?
A Normally, sample time is about 3-4 days after receipt your details. Lead time for mass productions (5000pcs) is about 7days.

Q What’s the payment term?
A We can accept for PayPal, Western Union, Money gram and T/T. Full prepaid for small orders and 50% deposit and balance 50% before shipping for big quantity.
